At MUTA, raising industry standards is our top priority. MUTA accredited hirer members must abide by MUTA’s Best Practice Guide and Code of Practice, and submit themselves to independent audits to ensure that they do.
However, there are thousands of temporary structures installed each year. Therefore, our mission depends on the active participation of everyone in identifying and reporting unsafe practices or dangerous structures that could lead to accidents or harm.
This reporting form below can be used for suspected unsafe practices or dangerous structures erected by non-members. However, please note MUTA has no jurisdicton over non-members and therefore our ability to conduct a thorough investigation is limited.
