Key Structures recognised for outstanding commitment to staff training

MUTA is pleased to recognise Key Structures for their exceptional dedication to staff development.

The company has been presented with a certificate for purchasing over 250 StructureSafe courses – a significant milestone that underscores their proactive approach to key health and safety training.

The certificate was recently presented by MUTA auditor Ollie Newin to Key Structures managing director Chris Martelly at their Wimbledon base.

MUTA auditor Ollie Newin said: “As an auditor, I get a clear view of which businesses invest in their teams and it’s easy to spot those who take training seriously.

“Key Structures stand out for making staff development a real priority, and their commitment to using StructureSafe at scale is a testament to that.”

StructureSafe is MUTA’s most popular e-learning course, designed to equip temporary structure and event professionals with the knowledge and awareness needed to work safely and effectively.

The course covers four key modules and there are interactive exercises throughout. Upon successful completion of a short assessment, the candidate receives a certificate.

MUTA president Lee Dalton said: “Key Structures’ investment in over 250 StructureSafe courses is a shining example of industry leadership.

“Many forget how important training really is. Keeping people safe is the number one priority and in many prosecutions the lack of training is cited.

“Their commitment sets a benchmark for others to follow, and it’s the kind of achievement MUTA is proud to support.”

Congratulations to everyone at Key Structures.
