MUTA welcomes two new Executive Committee members
We’re delighted to announce that Tom Bucknell of Stunning Tents and Gordon Murray of Baillies Marquees have been co-opted to MUTA’s Executive Committee, bringing fresh energy, industry experience, and valuable insight to our team.
Their contributions will help MUTA continue to advocate strongly for members, expand our technical and operational knowledge within committee discussions, and ensure we remain responsive to the evolving needs of our membership and the wider industry.
MUTA president Lee Dalton said “We are thrilled to welcome Tom and Gordon. Their operational experience and sector credibility will be tremendous assets as we drive forward on behalf of all members.”
Tom Bucknell commented: “Joining the Executive Committee is a real honour. I look forward to contributing to MUTA’s mission and working with the team to support the future of the association.”
Gordon Murray added: “It’s exciting to be part of MUTA’s leadership. I hope to bring practical perspective and help bridge connections across the temporary structure sector.”
Tom and Gordon are currently co-opted members but a proposal will be made at the Extraordinary General Meeting in November for them to be formally elected.
